the green dot shows the refs which helmet has comms.
if teams are going to have a trick play with the backup QB he has to have another helmet without comms to come in the game at the same time as the starting QB.

What kind of shoes are better for training? And for racing? For everyone at our clinics we recommend light weight shoes with thin soles. There is a certain philosophy behind this recommendation, which consists of several concepts:
1. The shoes should be light, so that their weight didn%26#039;t deteriorate the feeling of the foot as a part of the leg. It means that the feeling of the foot wouldn%26#039;t differ from the feeling of the whole leg, psychologically. Biomechanically it may affect the foot transfer in space and time: its speed, acceleration, and trajectory, which could all be deteriorated by heavy shoes. We can deliberately use heavy shoes for some special occasions of strength development, but not for a long time, and surely not permanently.
2. The shoes should have thin soles, with no cushioning at all. It reduces the weight, but this is not the main reason. First of all, it allows you to develop a very precise, refined feeling of interaction between the foot and the ground, while landing. Obviously, it is impossible to do this through a thick shoe sole. In a movement, when every hundredth of a second counts (the time of support in best runners is 0.15-0.20 sec.), the support time is a crucial thing for neuro-muscular coordination. When the signal for the foot to touch the ground reaches the muscles and makes them prepare for landing, it%26#039;s already too late. And cushioning here is the factor which deteriorates timing and as a consequence, running technique, by increasing the time of support and due to this, loading of joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
Second, a thick sole and cushioning increase the possibility of pronation or supination, if the runner has a tendency to it. Hence, it leads to injuries, and we%26#039;ll talk about this separately.

I want to know what shoes are good for a WC. Im playing high school football. I want to be a wide reciver and a running back. This is my first year playing football, so i need help chooseing football shoes, like nike, under armor, adidas.

Ask your teammates and coach because everyone likes different shoes...when you go to try them on you should make sure they are comfortable and allow you to have maximum speed...but the football season is almost over this year.

I vote for soccer because Rugby cleats will have a deeper tread to aid those in the scrum. Soccer involves less contact and more mobility thus would be more ideal for a Quarterback.

I play QB.

In America, they are called cleats. Definantly check out any sports store near you even though the best thing to do if you don%26#039;t have them locally, is to look to buy them online.
Football cleats have 7 spikes; two in the back, two four between where the middle of your foot and your toes are, and one at the tip.

As was prevously stated look for 7-9 %26quot;Cleats%26quot; on the sole and look for round as opposed to %26quot;blade%26quot; shaped cleats. also verify that your cleats are plastic (leather uppers) and not metal
Also look for a wider sole pattern, as a QB you will need stability to plant and throw, and less lateral movement to cut and sprint.

For natural grass go with the ankle protection of high tops and use lots of tape.... Just my 2 cents worth.....
